Shipping
Each piece is carefully prepared for shipment to ensure it arrives safely.
All works are wrapped in protective layers and securely packaged inside a reinforced box. Because every piece is handcrafted and unique, special attention is given to the packing process.
Orders within the United States are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination and availability. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
For custom or made-to-order pieces, you will receive an estimated shipping date after purchase and a notification once the artwork is ready to ship.
International orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail International, unless otherwise specified. Please note that custom duties, taxes, or import fees required by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. Tracking updates may be limited once the package leaves the United States and will typically update again when it reaches the destination country or customs.
If your purchase is intended as a gift, please let us know. We will gladly include a personalized message and omit any receipts from the package.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is secure. Biscotto House cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
Expedited shipping may be available upon request.

Returns & Exchanges
Each Biscotto House piece is handcrafted and one of a kind, and therefore may contain subtle variations in texture, shape, and finish that are part of its artistic character.
If your piece arrives damaged, or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at biscottohouse@gmail.com within 7 business days of delivery so we can assist you.
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Once the return is approved, we will provide shipping instructions and a return label.
Care & Use
Biscotto House pieces are created as decorative artworks and are intended for indoor display only. These works are not designed to hold water or liquids. To preserve their integrity and finish, we recommend keeping them in a dry environment and cleaning them gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, or harsh cleaning products to maintain the quality of each piece over time.
